HI! Look under the fast weight loss topic, that has like 33 messages and you will find a message/reply to some other people that you will probably find helpful (actually I wrote it), it's under screen name Jenavive. Good luck! I know you can at least make a lot of progress towards your goal, even if you don't reach your goal of by then, you can at least be a lot thinner, and you can keep losing weight after your married too of course! And BTW congratulations on your engagement! I wish you a long and happy mariage!(sp?) OK that was cheesy, but I'm sincere! Good luck! Jenavive. |
