I'm recovering from anorexia, and I'm trying to get to the point that I can maintain the same weight. I'm underweight right now, and I should gain some weight, but I want to develop habits of eating to maintain the same weight. The past 3 times I gained weight after an anorexia episode, I kept gaining and gaining, even after I'd reached what I thought was a healthy weight (and I got scared and started restricting again).
So, basically, what's a better idea: keep gaining until I get to a healthy weight, and hope I can stop then, or try to maintain my current weight (even though I know it's a bit too low) because my body will keep gaining weight anyway?
Thanks
