that is because you need carbs to give you energy and with that extra energy you can do a lot more!!!...it also makes the brain function correctly...if you stick to a low carb diet for a while your brain wont function correctly, you will begin to feel weak, and not to mention how bad your mouth begins to smell!!! this does not happen to everyone who gets on a low carb diet just to a wide majority!!
and besides why risk your health even more just so you can be thin?
i know that being fat is also a health risk factor but why not take a healthier approach?
i think low carb diets to my opinion are crap!!
