I agree as with anything you have to take it slow. with some people going cold turkey takes lots of guts and will power. For others taking it slow and doing it like one less a day helps better in the long run. Plus you can reward yourself once your goal is close to be reached. Have one....ONCE in a while helps. Jessica try it like that...I have read onther thred with your problem with candy. You just can't live wightout them. Think of this, a smoker can't just quit cold turkey and have high success reate. Try to limit the amoun of candy a day like I said. In a week you will have less, in a month much much lesssss and then your body will get usto it and will not crave it as much because you did it like that. It's all will and mind power. Do it for yourself you deserve it...a better health and healthier mind. Next time you think about having another candy think and ask yourself what good does it do to your body. Nothing!! lest be smart ....and another thing.. don't punish yourself you don't have to vanish sweets from your diet completly ... like I said once you have your sweets under control... you can have a piece and make sure it's only one... have it once in a while. Drink lotssssss of water... you will see some diff... in no time.

good luck.
