I'm 15 years old and i weigh about 170. My height is about 5'5 and people usually tell me I'd look good if i lost 20-30 pounds. The problem is I swim hard everyday for 2 hours and I don't think a carb diet will be right for me seeing I need a lot of energy. When i swim I just slim down a bit but not as much as I need to. Also, I dont want to start a diet which takes almost a year to lose what I need to. I would like to lose my weight in a reasonable time and I will be able to maintain it after the weight loss. I'm in desperate need of advice. My weight keeps me upset with myself so if you could help me than thank you.
