Loosing weight for some is quite a chore, but for others it’s easy- I think there is every thing in between. For me I need to watch what I eat and when, for example if I get hungry at night, I need to limit the amount of food I eat and the type, its better for me to drink a low calorie fluid like water, or a favored herb drink with out sugar, the trick is to fill the belly with some liquid that is low calorie and make you think your are full but not high in sugars, fats or starches. Also you can speed up your metabolism is your eat more of the higher nutritional foods and less of the starchy or sugar foods, higher in protein and vegetables.
Like in all things, you need to know where your are at, by recording what you do, and than changing what you do, its doesn't take much of a change in eating, exorcise, or attitude to make a great deal of difference in ones life! Try different approaches and stick with some thing that is fun and seams to be working.
