I have back problem from a car wreck. I do Teresa Tapps program from the internet. I cannot bend over and standing up for short periods bothers me. This tape I got called sit down t-tapp lets me workout while sitting. Great! The thing that got me into this was the picture of Teresa's back I looked at on her sight, she has problems to!
