I've had tons of luck. It doesn't sound like much but I have lost 1.75 inches of my waist, dropped 1.25% body fat and lost 6 pounds in the last 2 months. I lift weights 5 days a week (and believe me I do have a busy schedule)run for 30 mins. 3 days a week and cut my diet to 15% fat
eat no more than 100 grams of carbs a day, eat the rest of my 1350 in protein and drink as much water as I can hold. I hated exercising 2 months ago but made myself and now it is the absolute best part of my day.
