I think it would be beneficial to add high calcium milk powder to your coffee. I think I'll try it whenever I have coffee. It certainly wouldn't hurt to try. How much coffee do you drink on a daily basis? Try everyday to drink more milk, cheese, yogurt etc.(the extra calcium kinds of these products) are even better. Good luck!!
