I have a tummy problem as well that I need some help with. I'm doing cardio 3 times a week for 40 min. and then some weight training maybe twice a week for 20 (just for my arms, back, and legs). I also have an hour dance class bi-weekly. I want to trim up my stomach but it is getting bigger. I am building inches of muscle under the fat. I don't even do crunches or sit-ups...so what am I doing wrong?
