I would take a break and go for a walk every day so you are not sitting down as much. e.g. offer to walk to the shop to buy everyone lunch or something, just so you're getting out there and breaking the habit of sitting down too much. You could try exercising at your chair, sounds silly but even just fidgeting helps you lose kilojoules. Make sure anything you're eating is healthy and that you carry a water bottle around! :D Good luck :)
