stand straight...bring left knee up as far as you can toward the chest...then right...then left and right etc etc!! try to keep your body straight ok dont hunch forward do as many as you can you really wont get tired unless you speed up..which is the best way to do it...it is like marching in place but bringing your knees up higher!
