Jill, It is possible that you are overdoing it on the crunches and instead of losing you are becoming bulky with muscle For everyone else i am also 16 and had that problem where i have large hips and thighs. I finally got so fed up that, as a last resort i ordered winsor pilates off of the TV. Three months later my hips are in preportion to my stomach and i feel fantastic. i think it could create the changes that you are looking for. try going online and buying all seven on ebay or something because all seven you exactly what you need.
