Hey everybody! I am a 17 year old girl & I plan to join the army in about a year & a half. I have to lose between 30-50 pounds by then. My plan is pretty simple. Here it is. Let me know if you think it will work efficiently and give me any tips if you wish!!: Breakfast: fruit (banana or apple, etc.) Lunch: Yoplait yogurt & an apple, or pretzels & mustard, or broccoli & fat free dressing, etc. Supper: a good meal with veggies & a meat or (on nights when Mom doesn't cook!) cereal & fat free milk or salad Exercise: Walk for 30 mins (app. 2 miles) every day, & other exercise for 30 mins (situps, pushups, small weight lifts, leg lifts, etc.) on about 5 days a week |
