Hi one of the best methods to loose weight is to stick to a 1000 calories a day diet.
Breakfast= bowl of cereal with semi skimmed milk=200 calories.
Lunch=tin of soup and a piece of fruit or a salad sandwich and fruit= 300 calories.
Dinner should be anything healthy that adds up to 500 calories.
Every once in a while treat your self but dont go over the top.
Also exercise everyday for 1 hour and another good tip is to purchase a tone. they cos from around £40-£100 but they are a good investment they will help you exercise whilst relaxing and watching your fav movie give it a go.
