the best way to lose weight is to spread out your food intake. seperate your 3 meals into five lighter meals. eat your meals at 7am, 9:30am, 12pm, 3pm and 5 or 6 pm. and dont exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a week. do minimum 45 min a day. more is better and try to do atleast 15 minutes of exercise 10 min after you wake up. and work out. if you dont lift weights you'll lose bone fat not bad body fat. its that simple!
