The only way to lose weight long term is to follow a healthy eating plan whereby you take in less calories than your body is using.

Faddy diets DO NOT work.

I have now lost a fair amount of weight now, and do use Herbal supplements that help to regulate my metabolism & suprees my appetite. I had these checked by my GP though before I touched them..
