i really have the perfect answer to loosing weight.but i can tell you that just because one diet works wonders for one person dont mean it will work for you.as one person is so different from the next.why because we all have a different build.NO.because we all eat so very different.our systems are so used to eating a certain way.stop this and our system gets confused.its not a case of starving yourself.really its not, as all that will do,is make you ill but mainly give you the impossible to stick to any diet.ways of loosing weight are different for all of us.it makes a lot of difference as to the reason you are over weight.thats if you really are of course!differences being have you always been over weight or has it been a case of,yes iv always been slim and now im not so as i once was then i can be again.i really believe there is a difference.and thats why some diets that work for some dont work for others.i honestly believe find the right formula thats right for you and you will loose the weight.maybe slowly but surely.i also believe that for a lot of us it boils down to laziness.we all want a miracle,to loose weight, with out having to do any thing.so i think ones first step,is being honest, with ones self.
