carbs would be rice, potatoes, bread, candy, pasta, sugar, fruit juice, fruits, oatmeal

fat would be oil, some meats, butter, skin on meats and the excess fat, cheese, (donuts, cookies, etc are also high in fat)

protein would be lean cuts of meat, fish, yogurt, egg whites
