I found my self eating the way I usally eat i just cutt the all chips, candy bar,ice cream and soda. i dont eat after 6:30pm and force my self to drink water. Most imporant NEVER skip breakfast and lunch. I have a bowl of any cereal and lunch i have a ham and cheese( everything has gotten smaller, before i used to eat like a man)dINNER JUST EAT MAN JUST EAT#JUST DONT OVER DO IT Haaaaa! OH cant forget i excersie with gilad on the fitness channel 3-4 times a week and try to buy some 4-5pds wieghs for your arms and stuff. So in 2mths i have lost 20pds just doing this.
THIS IS NOT A DIET JUST EXCERSIE AND CUT THE JUNK.
