I do crunchies and keep a healthy diet.
Make sure all your meals are balced. Look at a food pyramid if You need any help. A way to modivate you is having your family eat healthy too. It is so easy! I also do all of my exercise in place at home(great idea if you have allergies or breathing problems). All You need is 30 minutes a day. You'll be seeing results in weeks.
