the pilates v-sit thing is where you lie flat on your back, then pull your legs up off the grounds and your arms up too at the same time. your arms going the same direction as your legs. you can all do the "hundreth" which is the same thing except your arms come to your sides and you press down and up slightly. breath out 5 breaths and in 5 breaths. and your head, neck, and upper body is off the ground. it's in most pilates video tapes. hope that helps explain it, sorry it's sorta confusing
