I'm from germany and reduced my weight from 128kilogram to 82kilogram. I cut off Fat AND Carbohydrates as far as possible. To support this I took L-Carnitine 400 mg 3-times a day. No Sports. (If you diet AND do sport at the same the body "programs" itself to save energy. I ate 2 times a day 150 gr. nearly fat-free meat with vegetables (no corn or beans). With this diet lost approx. 2kg a week. Without struggeling or the feeling of weakness which comes with normal diets. The essence of this diet is to try eating only protein. By this way the body changes the handling of the fat and there was nearly no redraw after the diet. (Sorry for my poor english)
