cutting out calories is not good or healthy... just cutting out the carbs, sugar, sodium (salt), and transfats (margarine, etc), drinking plenty of water, green tea, and exersize... eat lots of veggies (no corn), protein, and fruits (no bananas). you want to keep your blood sugar level from rising. good luck! oh--and i've read cutting out fat, or atleast healthy fats, is not neccessary. Good fat is good for you. I suggest Susanne Summers, Atkins (somewhat), and watching the Oprah show that was recently on (June 23) on healthy eating. |
