That's interesting, because my original comment about the milk was that I was comparing the two milks (skim and reduced fat), and they both had very similar calories despite the difference in fat. I admit though that at the time, I didn't think to compare the protein. I suppose my comment was mostly about the idea of choosing low-fat products, and whether that was truly a method to lose weight if the calories are deceptive. As the other respondent explained, though, it seems that eating less fat is still better even if the calories are the same. |
