Ok so to lose weight for an emergency,have a salt bath. Put lots of cooking salt in a bath. Water will move out of you into the bath by OSMOSIS. This gets rid of water retention. You can lose up to 3lb though more salt=more loss ( be careful though dont get dehydrated.

Secondly, over the past week I have lost 1lb a day. I do 1 hr exercise trampolining and eat only 3 meals, NO SNACKS and no eating after 6pm. yes 6pm. I eat my meals on SMALL PLATES so i eat less and try to make sure I have no more than about 500 cals at each meal. This means bkfast is not just a piece of toast and dinner is not a feast. (Which is what people generally do)

Good luck everyone. ps on protein only (ham & salmon) you can lose a lot fast but its not good for u so take vitamin pills.
