Its unrealistic about over 2lb. loss in a month staying lost only when people end the diet and don't keep with healthy eating after reaching their goal weight. If the diet is turned into an actual healthy lifestyle, you can keep it off and probably lose more than 2lb. in a month and keep that off too. I've known people who've lost 2lb. a week for a period of a month on healthy eating in comparison to their normal eating habits and running for about an hour a day. After losing the fact that they were unhealthy, obese, and in danger of diabetes and/or a heart attack, they kept eating healthy, but gave in once in a while to junk of course, and exercised a lot daily. But this all depends on your willpower. It doesn't work for me because I literally CAN'T give up my junky sad excuses for meals that I have about 4 times a day and all the junk I eat in between. To me, food is an addiction. When I stop pigging out for too long of a time, my stomach feels weird and I start seriously feeling depresssed until I eat something HUGE. I'm 5'4", female&14, with a medium build, and I weigh 137lbs, (if anybody remembers me from the old forum, yes I did say I was 132 a few days ago, but I'M NOT ANYMORE!!). No one but me notices the fat though because its all in my stomach and doesn't show up unless I'm in a bathing suit. AND PEOPLE WILL NOT MAKE FUN OF ME WHILE I'M IN THAT BATHING SUIT BECAUSE THEY KNOW I'M INSECURE AS IT IS AND THEY KNOW IF THEY SAY ANYTHING TO MAKE ME FEEL WORSE I'LL BLOW MY CORK. |
