I haven't seen anyone mention Pilates. I have been doing pilates for 5 months. I do the mat and also a machine at the gym called the Allegro. Pilates works on the small muscles ...the one's that hold the big muscles. It works on your "core muscles" which is your stomach. Pilates really does change your body shape. Good luck to you. I came on this site to read up on L-Tyrosine.
Saw this link and started reading. Eat breakfast.
It is the most important meal of your day. My personal trainer suggests eating small portions every 3 hrs. I eat low carbs....which are veggies, fruit, salads, protein and take vitamins.
Anyone on a diet should take vitamins. A good Multi plus a high B complex. I think that L-Tyrosine might help you also, something like Thermadrol has it. I do not eat white foods. This includes.....bread, rice, pasta or sugar. Try a wheat pita pocket or 7 grain bread. Don't eat fried foods. Take out foods are loaded with calories. Eat right and stay healthy.
