Hello. Here's a diet where you can easily loose 10 lbs. in 10 days. It's even ok to double or triple helpings of meat, salads, or vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed - the more you eat, the more you loose. At any meal, you can eat til you are full & cannot eat anymore. No joke. It's the combination of foods that burn fat. This diet is given to heart patients needing to loose weight fast before surgery. If you eat the combination of foods suggested, you will not get hungry. The diet completely eliminates sugars and starches, which are lipoid and form fat. Fat does not form fat; it helps burn fat-so you can fry foods in butter and use butter generously on vegetables(real butter).
BREAKFAST: 1/2 grapefruit or juice-unsweetened(1 cup), 2 eggs-any style, 2 slices bacon. LUNCH: 1/2 grapefruit or juice-unsweetened(1 cup), salad-any dressing, meat-any style, any way. DINNER: 1/2 grapefruit or juice-unsweetened(1 cup), meat-any style, any amount-may substitute fish, vegetable-any green or red, cooked in butter or any seasoning, or salad(as above), BEDTIME SNACK: 1 glass of tomato juice or milk(skim). Don't eliminate anything from the diet, especially don't skip bacon at breakfast or salad. The grapefruit is important, because it acts as a catalyst that starts the fat burning process. Cut down on coffee-it affects the insulin balance that hinders the fat-burning process-try to limit to one cup at meal times. Do not eat between meals. Do not eat desserts, bread, white vegetables, or sweet potatoes. There will be no loss of weight in the first 4 days-but you will loose 5 lbs. on the 5th day. All soft drinks must be diet and caffeine free. You may not have white onions, potatoes, celery or corn. You may have red onions, bell peppers, radishes, cucumber, broccoli, green onions, spinach, leaf lettus, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, green beans or peas. ** IMPORTANT ** STAY ON DIET FOR 12 DAYS & STOP THE DIET FOR 2 DAYS. In 2.5 months, you should loose 52 lbs.
