I am 5'6 and I weight 170 pounds. I feel like a whale! I want to lost like 30 pounds before school starts which is in like 1 1/2 months. Does anyone know what to do to put off the weigh quickly. I very rarely eat snacks which used to be the worst of my dieting troubles and I eat a lot less for meals which are now healthier meals than they used to be. I exercise between 1 1/2 to 2 hours 5 days a week and my scale hasn't budged.... People are telling me it looks like I am losing weight but I dont know. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I really want to lost weight before school starts. Thank you! |
