I am 30 years old and is 5'2" tall. I weigh 145lbs and is really uncomfortable. I workout for 30 minutes 5 days a week, i have a whole wheat sandwich, a cooked lunch and rice cereal for dinner. I seldom snack in between. Yet, my scale never moves. I don't notice any changes in my clothes, what am i doing wrong. I eat a lot of starch in my lunch. Please help me
