Hey! I'm 5'9 and i used to weig 150.. no i weigh about 140 and i really really want to drop a few pounds...and inches! Since i started this plan i've lost about 10 lbs ~ I"M SETTING A GOAL FOR MYSELF TO *GET IN SHAPE* I'm eating Smart Ones dinners, salads, and water. I had really bad eating habits before this, but now i really want to stick with this cuz i'm going off to college. This is what I do:

Morning: Nutra Grain Bar ~
Abs *400* (200 reg. 200 side ones)
2 mile run/walk
clean around the house...turn of the tv, just keep moving!!

Mid-day: Lunch ~ Smart Ones Dinner - they're good... my fave is Shrimp Shinara (130 cal 2 g. fat)
Jump Rope, Walk or Run 2 miles


Dinner: Salad. or tuna!

walk 2 miles.

I don't eat after 6 p.m. If i'm hungrey after that, i always keep SugarFree, (no carbs) JELLO ready in the frig for some late night snacking!
