I have never been on this site before. I really wanted to share my story. I have always been thin, but at the beginning of this year me and my husband quit smoking after 10 years. Let me tell you I gained weight. 6 weeks ago I decided to change my life. I joined a gym and I work out 5 days a week. I had to start out slow, but now I can do a one hour step class with no trouble. I feel great. I gave up soda my favorite thing in the world. I have only lost two pounds in six weeks. Which, frustrates me but you should see my new muscles. I wont give up. I know it will come off. I just wanted to tell anyone who will listen the weight is coming off slowly but it is coming off and it will stay off. I am healthier than I have been in years. thanks for listening.
