For nearly 1 year I used to work out three times a week with a 15 minute skipping warm up (about 1 hour all up). I loved the feeling of getting stronger but didn't lose any flab. These days I run 5km twice a week and work out once and week and the flab is melting off for what I consider less effort! Anyway, my personal way to happyness is to weigh and measure myself once a month and that way I really see the cms and kgs change. Diet for me is not that important. I already snacked a lot, I just over time fased out a lot of sweet food. crackers and cheese rather than chips and coke etc.
