What is the realistic amount of weight one should lose in a month? or would it be better to estimate a weekly decrease. This is assuming that you are following a low to no-fat food consumption, 1200 calories, and excercising. This is also assuming that you have lost the initial water weight that you drop off first.. then what is left is the actual fat weight.
