you should not be losing more than 2 pounds per week, if you do, it can put your health in danger and it is almost a gurantee that the weight will come back.
some tips:
-eat more often, but don't eat as much in each meal
-exercise often- usually it need to last more than 20 minutes, depending on your activity. because your body need to burn off the sugar, before hitting the fat
-feel good about yourself!
