Feel good, thats the hard part. You step on the scale and you see weight gain some days and weight loss others. Its so discouraging. Then I had decided I would start stationary bike riding which also has an upper body workout device, and still see no difference in my clothes or the mirror. It can become disheartening. I work in a healthcare environment but around foods. As the supervisor, I am constantly walking around to be sure things are running smoothly. I try not to sit for more than I need. I figured this should help with some excercising issues. I restrain from nibbling on the different items we provide, but, its almost as if I gain just from the smells. I guess we all must do what it takes. Thanks
