I am 26 years old and origionally gained an extra 75 lbs in two months, when I was put on replacement hormones for POF. They were the wrong kind for me and i really gained weight. The problem is three years later and I have never gained anymore but still have 70 of the 75 lbs. I am a healthy eater. I drink eight glasses of water, eat few breads, hardly any fried foods, drink no sodas and dont like sweets. I am extreamly active and work 50+ hours a week but still find time to run a few miles every day, work out with weights twce a week, play tennis, basketball and love to dance.. I am a full time student. As far as I can see there is nothing to cut out. Im 5'6" 170 lbs with most of the weight in my stomach and upper legs. I consume @ 1500 - 1700 calories a day. Ive come to a stand still in weight loss and don't have a clue.... HELP |
