I just started college. Since I have been there I have gained 20 unnecessary lbs. Now that I am home for the holidays, I have been going to the gym almost everyday, and also taking advantage of the many classes that they offer, i.e: cardio sculpting, abs, and pilates. I was wondering if you could give me any advice on weightloss, or diet tips. The stomach and inner thighs are my only two problem areas. I hope you can help, thankyou!! ;o)
