Hello,
Could you please tell me ~ how many sit-ups/day is necessary to begin getting my stomach in shape. Or, ~ how many minutes per day should I do them. I jump rope about 40 minutes a day (twenty in the afternoon, and 20 in the early evening). This however does not flatten my stomach. Also, if you could recommend any other ways to flatten the stomach, that would be nice. I do not seem to get good results with sit-ups.
