Back on the subject of Abs when I was in my late teens my abs were ripped, I mean well defined thanks to cardio, Basketball, Taebo! It's been a few years and I've put on weight, love handles and a little stomach pouch. Now I have no time for full court basketball anymore due to (wife and kids and house)So about two weeks ago I combined weight training and taebo and already I see results in my mid-section and I'm trying to eat healthy as well. since I've been there and back without doing any kind of abdominal exercise except just keeping it tightend during my cardio workout I'd always get compliments. This is the 1st time I've touched weights and let alone do abdominal excercise such as crunches and reverse crunches and I tell you proper form makes a huge difference. I believe my abs will be more defined than when I was in high school. So to end this and move on to different topics. there is no right way or wrong way. What works for 1 person may not work for another. Do what works for you that's the only way from becoming confused and aggrevated. trial and error, if an exercise or technique does not work try another point blank!
