I had a baby about 1 yr. 1/2 ago.And I still have a stomache and my thighs are pretty thick. True I like them a little thick but firm and a flat yet shaped stomache. True I havent been eating right and doing excercises as routine but I feel some of the excercises that have been taught to me arnt helpful. I try doing crucnches but dont know if im doing them correctly - like should i hold it for 3 seconds for just do them back to back? And how can I know exactly what not to eat on the regular- besides the obvious fatty foods? One more thing how can I work out my butt? and ive heard if you work it certain ways you can make it bigger like jlo? Is this really true?
Can anyone help answer my questions?
