Wow some of you don't know a thing about abs, or much. They are just like any other muscle in the body. You should only work them out 2-3 times a week. i know someone who had 6% body fat and only worked out his abs 2 times a week. you can't spot reduce, so no matter how many crunches you will do you won't be able to see a six pack or deffinition if you have flab hanging on your belly. your muscles develop during the resting days.
