ABS ARE THE HARDEST AREA TO WORK AS THIS IS WHERE IT SEEMS TO SIT!!!
I FIND WORKING THE ABS EVERY DAY BUT DOING DIFFERENT EXERCISES EACH TIME WORKS - OTHERWISE YOUR STOMACHE GETS USED TO THIS EXERCISE.
ALSO, YOU NEED TO DO EACH EXERCISE SLOWLY AS IT WORKS THE STOMACHE HARDER - TOO OFTEN I SEE PEOPLE DOWN THE GYM DOING SITUPS AND THROWING THEMSELVES UP AND DOWN OR COMING UP TOO HIGH - THIS DOES NOT WORK THE STOMACHE ONLY YOUR NECK!!!
