Dear Forum, I have a month till track season starts... My stumach has always been showing 1 third of a six pack... the two top packs have been there but the 4 lower ones are pretty much just one big pack... I am pretty skinny 6'3 and weigh in at about 185... I was wondering if i buy protein powder and add it as 3 additional daily meals???? will this help? Also i do a program thats called georgia abs that my basketball coaches put me on: 20 bicycles 20 crunches 20 leg over crunches(right 20 leg over crunches(left 20 crunches with feet raised in the air? Is it possible for me too have a six pack within the next month... |
