Msg for Kim...Excersises for getting rid of the love handles. I lifted for years and got really cut in the abs but had problems with the sides and a little in the lower back area. When I consulted my athletic trainer about this, She told me to make sure I keep the cardio, drink lots of water (of Coarse) and (assuming you have no back injuries & access to such equipt. at the gym) do Roman Sit-ups...also known as reveerse sit-ups. Do these in the reverse position as well as in a side hanging position. Doing this, Ive gone from a 4x4 spare tire to a tenspeed. Hopefully soon Ill be at training wheels and then nothing.
