hi i have worked out since i wasw 17 and am now 42. I have had 5 c-sections. the only way to get rid of your tummy is working out EVERY OTHER DAY! I would also state use the stair master. its rough but worth the effort. I am now back to the gym and working to get this section pouch gone! remember rotate every other day. it does no good working straight through without a break. one day do abs next cardio or what ever. good luck god bless! see the passion its great |
