I have been working out most of my life, I am 35 and have four childern I have always been in pretty good shape but the last year or so i have developed this layer of fat on what should be a pretty toned stomach. My problem is every time I try to do crunches I get this painful tight pulling in my chest almost like a charlie horse or a bad pulled muscle and have to stop. If anybody has any idea what this might be I would love to hear from you.
