hi everybody... i am a new member of this forum and i need help. i am 19 years old and a freshman in college. i used to be a well rounded athlete in high school and now i do not play any sports since im in college. i need advice on what i should do when i join a gym because i am 5'4 and about 125 and i would like to lose at least 10 pounds. i dont look that fat but i do notice a big change in my body. i have a chubby stomach and i do not know what to do about it, i tried to go on the south beach diet but it was so hard to lay off the carbs. can anybody help me out??
