Anyone who needs to lose weight needs to try the low carb diet.Many people will tell you that you will gain that weight back , but you don't have to.You are never supposed to go off this diet.You begin eating 20 Grams of carbs at first. 10 of the carbs should come from foods like salad and other non-starch vegetables.The other 10 carbs should come from foods like peanuts and other meats and cheeses that have some carbs.You MUST give up Bread,Potatoes and all other starches.You can't have anything with sugar either.You can eat as much food anytime you want it as long as you don't eat more than 20 carbs a day.After you lose the weight you want , you can SLOWLY increase your carbs until you don't lose or gain weight.THEN you can begin to eat starch and sugar SOMETIME. |
